A: We charge sample fee for the first time, after establishing long-term business relations, we will offer samples free of charge. Customer will only need to undertake shipping cost (Mold charge needed, if it existed).
Q3. How long will it take to offer samples?
A: Normally, we make the samples ready around 10-15 days.
Q4. How to Ship the order?
A: We usually ship by sea, air or Express, depends on different requirements, we will recommend the most reasonable way to ship.
Q5. When broken, what should the client do?
A: Glass is fragile. We will use the bubble paper wrap and strong outer carton to protect from broken. If broken, please kindly feel free to contact us and show us the picture, we will deal with at once
Q6. How to pay?
A: We only accept payment by Bank transfer at the moment.
Q7. How much the shipping cost?
A: In China, we cooperate with more than 10 forwarders. Different forwarders have advantage on different countries. Please kindly inform us your exact address, we can quote you in FOB, C&F, DDP.
